Tricia Raynsford

Tricia Raynsford, B.A.Sc., MSc., RP (Q)

Tricia is a warm and passionate clinician who holds a Masters of Science Psychotherapy from McMaster University and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Her training and education include evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-informed therapies and more. 

Tricia’s work and training history include learning from seasoned clinicians in private practice who offered her a wide range of skills and modality training for a wide range of client concerns. She also worked as a Youth Support Worker at Good Shepherd, where she worked closely with vulnerable youth and emerging adults experiencing homelessness or street involvement due to various adversities, including trauma, family violence, abuse, neglect, and mental health and addiction issues. She enjoys supporting individuals who might experience anxiety, depression, low or fluctuating mood, trauma, ADHD, substance use, body image, self-esteem, burnout, life transitions and stressors, and more. 

Tricia is committed to continuing her education and feels well-equipped at this stage in her career to support individuals in their journey toward mental health, healing, and well-being. 

In her free time, Tricia enjoys doing yoga, painting, hiking, and spending quality time with friends!
